We purchased a 3-hr ski lesson package in December. We are not so into ski and we picked snowboarding at the end.
After we arriving the bottom of Sunnegga, we received a message from our Coach and informed us he will be late for awhile, it’s fine so we have some photos at this beautiful place.
Coach arrived and when he noticed us the equipments of snowboarding. He told us he’s not good at snowboarding but ski, so he brought us to the bottom of Matterhorn and explain us the different levels of the slopes and left.
He only appears for around 5 mins so we can’t provide any comments on this.

Thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear your disappointment.
You booked ski lesson as you also mentioned, that why a ski instructor was assign for you.
Snowboard is a different discipline and required different training and licence to teach snowboarding. If you would inform us that you wanted snowboarding, we would have change the booking for you and assign a snowboard teacher. Unfortunately the instructor can not be change once the activities start, need to be planned at least the day before.
When you book activities, make sure you book the correct discipline in order to receive the right service.
We wish all the best for the next snowboarding holiday.

Marco was our instructor. Besides immediately understanding what we needed help improving and quickly showing the differences. We were much better right away. Where Marco went above and beyond is giving us detailed maps and directions of what slopes we would probably enjoy skiing. (I like wide open over narrow trails) and directions how to ski to Italy, including suggestions for restaurants and how to get back to the Swiss side while also mentioning slopes that are often icy and crowded that we might want to avoid. Thank you Marco, your suggestions made our trip more enjoyable!

I could not say enough about Cedric and Juliana. We met them as tourists in town buying winter clothes, in that I am an ex-pat living in Medellin, Colombia and she is a local from Medellin. We met Fredrico in a store in town and he said that he used to work for a ski school....super honest guy and gave us a fair deal on our clothing in we were buying a lot of basics coming from the tropics.
Anyway, we were referred from Fredrico to Cederic from here and Juliana from Argentina because my girlfreind is not great with English and Juliana is from Argentina.
I can honestly say that we could not be happier. First day, my girlfriend has literally not seen snow and is inimidated by the huge mountains. Juliana coached my girlfriend in spanish and my girlfriend was over the moon First day, both coaches on time, dressed in gear, ready to go. On our hand, we were a bit slower and both of us, honestly a bit nervous. I am on a trip turning 50 years old this month. I am here in Switzerland to enjoy the mountains, but not to become an expert skiier. First day was a fair amount of snow kiing since pre-pandem in the night. I had not been skiing for three years and nervpus. Cedric took me on some blue runs to regain my muscle memory and confidence, It was hard skiing and he took things slow, being I am getting older and have not skiid in 3 years. He was amazing...he took my fears into consideration and had a plan from the start. I could not reccomend him more. Juliana, an expert skiier from Argentina, was equally impressive showing my girlfriend in spanish so much patience and expertise and took consideration as she improved througoout first three days. Both were super and I was able to ski on a blue run with my girlfriend from Colomiianthat had never seen snow before, three days earier. Sorry for the long story, but Cedric and Juliana were talking at night after three training days, that I have gotten good enough to ski red runs to Italy with Cedric and Juliana and my girlfriend can meet us for pasta at the bottom of the slope..incredible. The fact they think about our ski days as ametuers, shows how much they care about thier clients. Is it a good deal? I don't know. My imagination is that it is fair, but the entire organiztion from start to finsih has been so easy and such high quality to deal with. I feel whatever it is, the price is fair. It is Switzerland. .If you save $10, you will spend it on water from the tap at the top of the hill (Incredibly insulting). In my feelings, there are no steals in Zernatt. It is one of the most beautiful places in the world. The people here are as beautiful as the scencery. I think you get what you pay for in Zermatt. Give Evolution School a try. I think you would not be disappointed.

Wow what an amazing day we had! For my first time ever skiing I had a great time and learned so much! Cedric was so knowledgeable, professional, and patient with me! He taught me so much and I highly recommend him! He was nice enough to pick us up from the hotel as well! If you are in Zermatt look no further and book your ski lessons here! Thanks again, Cedric! It is a very nice and competent team, the booking process is very easy…We enjoyed the lesson with the coach Ira, she is very kind and competent! We learned a lot of things in a very short time! I recommand this school strongly

A relatively new skier, maybe a little nervous at times, I spent half a day with Juliana!! Without a doubt? The BEST part of my trip. She was an incredibly patient instructor who quickly worked out where I needed her knowledge and she was so wonderful at sharing it. The morning flew by. We skied all morning with some wobbles and some laughs and some incredible views.
A wonderful friendly instructor. It felt like I skied all morning with a friend I never knew before today.
Couldn’t recommend this school, or Juliana, enough!!! Will be back with my children for sure.

My ski instructor is Adrian Foster.
First he came to our hotel to meet us to bring us all the way to the mountain.
This makes it very seamless .
He is experienced and friendly and can teach high level skiing skills.
As I am a beginner, I needed a very patient instructor, and he certainly is one as well.
So if you like to enjoy a memorable ski experience, get in touch with Adrian Foster.
