An excellent and friendly service.
I contacted Mark from Rising Sun when I saw he came highly recommended on the fb page of customers who had been to hotel we would be staying in. It was such an easy process to book, just did it through messenger. Mark messaged me nearer the time to confirm details and what to do when we arrived.
Mark was at the airport to greet us and had arranged for Albert to transfer us to the hotel which was about 1.5hrs especially due to the time of day and amount of traffic on the roads.
Albert was very professional and there were also refreshments on board. The taxi was a people carrier and was very comfortable and exceptionally clean and well kept.
During our stay in St Lucia we decided we would like to do a private tour of the island and contacted Mark. Due to my disability my mobility is limited when it comes to walking especially on uneven, steep ground and stairs. Mark adapted the tour to fit in with my ability and what an amazing tour it was. Mark took us all over the island, his wealth of knowledge was second to none and we were able to see the most amazing view points especially on the highest points of the island. We had lunch at a roadside cafe which was so nice.
We also booked for the return transfer to the airport which again was with Albert, Mark ever the professional came to say goodbye. Once home Mark messaged me to check we had arrived safe and sound.
We cannot recommend Mark and Rising Sun highly enough, nothing was too much trouble. If you are visiting St Lucia and need a reliable, friendly professional taxi service then this is definitely the one for you.
I do not usually recommend people, companies so when I do it is because they are second to none.
Thank you again Mark for the service you provided, we will be back. Also thank you to Albert for looking after us from and to the airport.

Mark provided us with fantastic tranportation services for two days during our vacation in St Lucia. He responed in a timely fashion to all my emails prior to our trip. Mark was punctual, reliable and very knowledgeable of the many not so touristy landmarks and other island attractions. His pricing will not be beat and his van was spotless and tidy for our excursion. Mark is a true gentleman and a rare soul of kindness. He also paid particular attention and accomodated our special needs child throughout the trip. Recommend Mark for all your transportation needs on the beautiful island of St Lucia.

Took the all day tour in Saint Lucia. with Mark and Jerome. Total awesome! a wealth of knowledge and sharing the history of the island. wonderful air conditioning vehicles. Mark took the tour with the group to The stairway to heaven volcano walk. Jerome stayed behind with those that didn't take the walk. Then took photos at the Sulfur Springs.Oh my the Waterfall was awesome! I would tour with Rising Sun everytime! Thank you both for a wonderful memorable day! God Bless!

Where to begin? Our trip to St. Lucia was in celebration of my parent's 40th wedding anniversary as well as my Mother's 60th Birthday. Our party was 4 couples; 8 adults. The week was filled with luxurious trips, expeditions and rides. But no matter if we were Hiking the Pitons, out fishing on a boat, spending a day at the resorts or even staying at our villa, every day we were blessed to have Mark (our driver).
Mark was much more than just a driver for our activities though. He quickly became one of the family. He was always the first to ask for a recommendation, with great knowledge of the island. He was always prompt and on time exactly where we needed him, He would make us laugh the whole drive and was flexible with dropping off half the group at one spot while taking the remaining group to another location.
Anyone who books his services for their stay would be very fortunate.
One special item that I loved with Mark was that he was attentive to everyone's special requests. The young couples wanted to party and drink, and he would be right there for us with beers and water, while my parents went on a special tour and he brought them to a special location with champagne and treats.
It goes without saying that we even kept in touch when we left the island, and we wouldn't ever return without him being part of our trip next time.

Mark was a great service to us and gave us awesome tours from and to our destination. Very comfortable ride with cold A/C and dark windows helping with the sun. Very professional and fun. Highly recommend his services.

We had the pleasure of having Mark Thomas drive us to the airport in Saint Lucia. He was so friendly and so knowledgeable about Saint Lucia. He is a professional driver, and our safety was his priority. He stopped along the way so we could take a few photos. We wished we had met Mark earlier on our trip but when we return, we will definitely call him for all our transfers and tours throughout the island. Thank you again Mark!!!
