I admit I was anxious, not knowing what it would be, but it was better than I imagined! It is a unique experience, super well explained the work that is done, the biologist Riuvânio removes all doubts, demonstrates incredible wisdom and respect for animals and forests. They are going through some regulations and therefore it is no longer possible to take photos during handling with the animals, but I am sure that it is for a good cause and the memories are kept internally. I wish you a lot of success and that you can grow more and more to continue the work you do!!

The experience is unique! Very well explained, clarified. The birds very well cared for, with a lot of zeal. The place is difficult to reach, so it is good to schedule. But despite this, it's worth going.

At present, cellular registrations are no longer allowed, which was informed and clarified from the first contact, which only reinforces, for me, loyalty to the principles of environmental education and respect for birds. Now, in its own and definitive installation, which will also have an area dedicated exclusively to the rehabilitation of rescued birds, we have a more comfortable structure for humans and birds for the training activities and, where possible and comfortable for birds, the management assisted by the Riuvânio Biologist.

Simply an inexplicable experience!
I was extremely happy to see the care that Riuvânio and his wife have with the Birds of Rape!
The respect they have for birds is simply amazing!
The care of the hours and the limited amount of visitors is extremely enlightened when we are there after all are living beings and the purpose is not our entertainment but rather absorb knowledge and they have a lot of knowledge and mastery of the subject !
And I am very amazed to know that they are recovering the accidental birds and are seeking to help even more prey birds!
We were happy with the solution we found for photos and videos !
And anyway we were invited back and sure whenever we are around we will make a visit !

The school mentor, he thinks he is smarter than us, and tried to manipulate us, believing that we are small, for wanting to record with photos and videos our experience with the bird!
I spent months following the publicity of the School on Instagram, where you can see daily posts of adults and children handling the birds of prey like deer and goats!
When I went to book my visit for my son, my sister and my boyfriend and me, I paid a considerable amount (260,00 per person) for about 30 minutes of activity with the deer!
After doing the pixel, I was informed that I could not do the activity with deer, only with caviar!
At this point I should have already realized that they try to ridicule you through social networks, because you already create expectation of living an experience with the deer, and they do not sell this option!
Okay, we scheduled with Gavião, about 30 days or more in advance, and two days before the scheduling, I sent a confirming message, they replied that it was ok! Beauty!
On the day of the activity, prior to the bird management, we went through what would be a mini course of management instruction, but it was at this moment that I realized the attempt to manipulate!
The mentor of the activity made us feel small for wanting to record and record in pictures the bird's handling!
Okay, it's an amazing experience and we can only keep it in our memory! Yes! But that does not rule out the fact that it was they themselves who created us the expectation of being able to do it!
So I found a lack of respect for us, not only for the amount invested, but also because we moved away, after scheduling very early, we created a huge expectation and we are still encouraged to feel bad about wanting to have a photo or video with the animal, such as they post on their Instagram!
There was no apology, there was no attempt to negotiate, to return some of our money, I only saw a person who thinks he is smarter than us, trying to manipulate wanting us to feel bad about wanting to have a photo similar to those posted on his own Instagram!

Durante os anos que proporcionamos aos visitantes essa experiencia, como você pode perceber, sempre buscamos melhorar a cada dia, principalmente a qualidade de vida e o bem estar de nossas aves para que a atividade vivida aqui não se pareça em nada com o que vivemos em um parque de diversões, e que a mesma fique gravada para sempre em nossas memórias.
A cerca de um ano nos mudamos para o nosso novo espaço e começamos a nos preparar melhor e com mais consistência para que tudo ocorra muito bem.
Nossas corujas desde então, não estão fazendo nenhum tipo de interação com nenhum visitante o que está claro no ato do agendamento.
Realmente, eu sinto muito ter causado algum desconforto e, embora eu tenha me esforçado (até mais que o necessário) em deixar tudo claro, sinto mais ainda não ter sido compreendido. Contudo, o que está acontecendo aqui hoje é para um bem maior para todos que se dispuserem a vir nos visitar no futuro e para melhor qualidade de vida de nossas aves, como disse.
Por agora, tudo o que posso fazer é ficar à sua disposição para minimamente lhe devolver o investimento, que aliás, não corresponde ao valor que você citou aqui.
E como você mesma pode presenciar, nossa atividade não tem duração de apenas 30 minutos como mencionado, e sim de aproximadamente 1 h e 30 min. Gentileza ao menos deixar informações verdadeiras...

I really ⁇ the work done by Riuvanio. Very good to see the animal care. Because it was raining, the bird was not exposed to the weather. Due to this, we could not see the bird in flight, but it was no problem. Things in nature need to be done like this: you must seek the best for the animal and this is very well explained by Riuvanio. We will come back more times, for sure! These were valuable moments we spent next to Gaia. My daughter, who is autistic, loved it! I strongly recommend that you plan your trip to Monte Verde! It's worth it!

Agradecemos sua visita. Algumas das aves que recebemos aqui, são provenientes de resgate ou apreendidas pela Policia Militar/ Ambiental. Estas são reabilitadas e reintroduzidas à natureza. Temos aqui as nossas próprias aves oriundas de criadouros legalizados . A atividade de Instrução teórica e manejo de falcoaria deve ser agendada pelo whats 35 98851 5333. Volte quando quiser.

Extremely nice place, Ruivanio super attentive and friendly, along with his wife.
Both demonstrated a lot of knowledge about falconry, a lot of respect and dedication to animals, having in mind that they are wild animals and that their natural habitat is not that.
Incredible experience lived and I will definitely come back more often.
Land road 7 km away, but super signalled and smooth, any vehicle accesses with ease.

It is a unique and fantastic experience to learn more and interact with the birds of prey. There is an initial explanation about the birds, about the school and any doubt can be taken about the falconry, after which an interaction with the bird is made, which in addition to the opportunity to have the bird landing in his arm, gives many photos. My tour was the Gaia cave, a very docile bird with all the participants and made the landing in the arms of all the participants. It is a tour for the whole family and couples! As it was a sunny day, the experience was perfect!
It is important to remember to make the Reservation in advance as they are limited groups and vacancies end quickly in the season. Access is approximately 7km on land road, so it makes it easy to be by car.

Como estamos lidando com predadores de topo de cadeia alimentar que voam livres, para não haver nenhum desconforto, não permitimos a entrada de pets. Eles podem ficar no carro ou com alguém no estacionamento, longe do olhar das aves.

Boa noite.
Sou estudante de veterinária em São José (SC) e gostaria de iniciar na falcoaria para daqui a uns anos escrever meu TCC sobre reintrodução de aves silvestres com o uso de técnica da facoria mas... Não tenho conhecimento sobre a área e gostaria de saber se há alguma escola ou local em que eu possa me inscrever e aprender a respeito. Lí que existe apenas em uma cidade muito afastada de onde vivo e por isso venho perguntando a respeito de existe algum local mais próximo. Pretendo iniciar com um Falco sparverius por ser mais indicado para iniciantes.

A Escola de Falcoaria está em novas instalações e passamos por algumas adequações. Oferecemos a Instrução de Falcoaria, seguida da Instrução de Manejo com a possibilidade de interagir com uma ave em pleno vôo. Também temos um workshop junto às corujas, momento de aprendizagem e interação indireta. Atendemos unicamente por agendamento que deve ser feito pelo whats 35 98851 5333

Atualmente, para a instrução de manejo, passeio com a ave e interação durante voo, o investimento é de 70,00. Para tirar foto com a ave em seu punho e saber sobre o comportamento das aves, 15,00.

Para visita, a escola fica aberta todos os dias de 9 às 16h (menos às quartas feiras). A necessidade de agendamento é apenas para quem fará o passeio com a ave e a instrução de manejo. São 3 os horários; 11h, 13h ou 15 h
