Moneygrab company that provides 0 customer service.
I accidentally chose the wrong dates for my booking and sent them an e-mail right after my booking was made and asked them to change the dates.
They wouldn't allow me to change my booking, only if I pay 50 CHF administration costs, which is more than the whole booking.
NEVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY

We had a great time traveling to Chamonix from Geneva. Swiss Tours driver was very friendly and helpfull. Fully recommended.

I booked a transfer from Geneva airport to Morzine in March and had to cancel it 3 weeks prior our trip. The sales conditions at this stage differs from the home page link and the required tick-the-box acknowlegment before finalizing the order:
There was no mention of the cancellation fee for 50CHF!
I had sent screenshots of the evidence but the Swiss tours office did not want to hear anything at all from my argumentation. Out of the 75CHF paid the company held off 50CHF. I would not recommend using the company as it proved to me that you cannot trust this company at all.

Bus driver told us "this is not your bus" on boarding and told us to wait for "next one", despite there was not any other bus coming (which we didn´t know but trusted him). No other bus arrived. We spent additional 250€ to get to airport on time. I wrote to bus operator and they denied any such happened according to their bus driver. Will never use them again, and advise you to chose alternative operator whenever possible.

A very good experience highly recommend for travel to and from Geneva /Chamonix. The coach was comfortable and the price was very reasonable the cheapest I found. The stop was right outside the Geneva airport and 10 min walk to Chamonix town.

Fantastic service. Cannot fault this company. I arrived at Geneva airport 90 mins prior to my allotted coach time.
I walked out of arrivals, straight over the zebra crossing through the taxi rank and there was some wooden benches and vending machines. Next to this the bus time table confirming my collection time and arrival time to Chamonix.
The bus arrived 45 mins early and parked just past the bench on the right hand side in a coach bay.
I wasn’t allowed to board until my allotted time but I assume this was because the driver had to take his break. Which was fine by me.
Once on board all communication was clear, my ticket was scanned and we had to take a stop at geneva bus station to collect other passengers, which I was aware we’d be doing anyway.
From there I arrived in Chamonix Gare station Sud 15 mins early.
The return journey was as equally perfect. The bus arrived 20 mins early at Chamonix Gare Station Sud, all passengers scanned tickets on, loaded up and done the return journey via Geneva Station again.
I will never use another transfer company other than Swiss tour as they were flawless.
Drivers were lovely, coaches immaculate Mercedes.
My entire journey was met with absolute ease because of the impeccable service by Swiss tours.

The bus stop instructions at Geneva airport are not clear. There are a mass of bus stops at Terminal 1 across 2 floors. I couldnt find a Visitor desk and was on the 1st floor at the GPS location and missed it. They wouldnt transfer my ticket onto the next bus.

They over booked a bus to the airport by a full bus load of people. The driver started to leave without any explanation. Finally he said another bus was probably coming in 10 or 20 minutes (but he didn’t). Unapologetic. Average.
The next bus arrive 40 minutes later. Which is absurd for a bus taking people to the airport.
Would not rely on this company to get you where you need go on time without fuss and stress.

Swiss tours were fantastic and really provided an excellent service . Especially the tour guide who took us to Glacier 3000 on 15 august from Geneva . He made feel so welcome and gave a fantastic experience . Definitely come again with the kids next year and will always use Swiss tours . Didn’t worry about language barrier . Left on time and came back on time . It a fantastic experience. Thank you Swiss tours ❤️

I went on the chocolate and cheese experience tour in Switzerland departing from Lausanne with this company booked through a 3rd party (get your guide).
The meeting point within Lausanne was easy to find. Despite the bus being slightly late (about 30mins) due to traffic coming from Geneva the company was easy to get in touch with on the number provided on the site.
Our driver was very professional and organised and made the whole day run smoothly.
Starting from my point in Lausanne we then drove to the chocolate factory called Maison Cailler. From there we were taken to La Maison du Gruyère where we enjoyed a wonderful cheese fondue after the short tour. The lunch included a glass of local wine, a generous sample of the cheese and of course the fondue itself as well as the local speciality of meringue for dessert. Once suitably full we were driven to the local town of Gruyère which is beautiful. Lots of lovely shops and bars to enjoy during your free time as well as the castle. We rounded the day off with a scenic journey on a train to Montreux where after a little time to explore the bus met us to take us back home again.
The whole experience was very enjoyable, and while it was a little expensive, it was worth it for a whole day outing.
