Ilse has done everything in her power to deliver us a perfect trip. Last minute we decided upon her initiative to alter our plans to make the most out of the weather conditions. The result was extraordinary descents on fresh powder slopes in Valle Blanche / Aguille du Midi. The Bekker chalet is warm, welcome and stylish. I highly recommend Bekker's and plan to return! Thanks Ilse and guides!

Heerlijke en afwisselende week met Edward Bekker gehad vanuit een gezellig hotel in Bergün. De treinreizen naar de verschillende gebieden waren alleen al de moeite waard, en overal wist Edward mooie poeder te vinden, al dan niet met hulp van onze vellen.

My husband and I decided very last minute to join the Ski Safari and never regretted this. Normally weeks are this are booked months in advance, due to covid situations we were luck that we could join on a short notice.
Everything has been taken care of this week. Edward knows the area so well and knows where the snow conditions are the best and is great company. Ilze hosts the Bekker chalet fantastic with after ski snacks, great dinner and breakfast. Everything has been taken care of, the only thing you have to do is just GO and ENJOY! That is exactly what we did! Will definately come back, also in summer they have great options to explore the area on foot or can arrange e-mountainbikes. That's on our wishlist now.

Best place for guided free riding . Lovely chalet and very good food & beverages. After a day of free riding in the best findable snow one can relax in the wellness or outside hot tub.

I booked a 5 day mountain trip with some friends at Edward's school to climb a 4000-summit (i.e. Bishorn) in the Swiss Alps in July. Although most of us had some hiking experience in the alps, nobody had been climbing with a guide in the Alps before, let alone climbing a 4000-summit.
Having a guide from Edward's mountain school gives you a very great added value when climbing a 4000-summit: they know their way, give you valuable hints and tips, and moreover they are a very pleasant company because of the many interesting discussions we had about mountaineering, Switzerland or whatever it was.
The staff, and also Edward's wife Ilse who was the main point of contact before the trip started, was very professional and friendly. They were all really open to discuss ideas when we were planning the route for the trip. In the end Ilse provided us with a tailor made trip, which perfectly suited our desires and capabilities. The trip was a mix of everything: hiking (through high-alpine terrain), glacier trekking, a bit of scrambling, via ferrata and finally also reaching the summit of a 4000-summit.
The trip has been great value for money because the price was not too high and the program was full of exciting parts that offered us an unforgettable expierence.
I hope to come back at Edward's school soon!

We hebben twee heerlijke dagen gehad. Chalet is van alle gemakken voorzien: ruime woonkamer, compleet ingerichte keuken, fijne bedden en zelfs een hot tub in de tuin. Bedankt voor de fijne service, Ilse!

We had a wonderfull stay at the bekker Chalet. The Bekkers are very friendly and passionate hosts. In the neighborhoods is enough opportunity to do some sport activity and to have some breathtaking views. The emosson lake is on 2000 and its reachable by car in only 10 minutes. We asked last minute for a opportunity for mountainbiken and Edward guided us on a mountainbike trip. This was the best expierence we had in our holiday. After a sporty day we could relax in the Sauna and hottub with a wonderfull view on the mountains.

Toerski/freeride culinair met Bekker Mountain Travel was een top ervaring zo begin februari 2020. Nog geen Corona te bekennen maar wel voldoende poeder en gezelligheid net op de grens van Zwitserland/Italie. Andrea onze super relaxte gids heeft ons 4 dagen mee genomen naar mooie plekken in de omgeving van Saint rhemy. Aanrader voor iedereen die wil beginnen met toerskien en freeriden. Deze omgeving is zeer de moeite waard en niet zo druk is onze ervaring.

Na latng zoeken en mailen kwamen wij bij Bekker Mountain travel uit na wat telefonisch en mail contact, hebben wij besloten onze reis te boeken bij Bekker. Het contact was altijd zeer proffesioneel en enthousiast. Het bleef lang onbekend of het door ging omdat wij maar met zijn 2en waren. Uiteindelijk is toch besloten de reis door te laten gaan. Daar aangekomen werden wij zeer gastvrij ontvangen, werden er direct skies klaargemaakt en konden we nog een middag skiën. Toen we terug kwamen in het Bekker chalet werden we wederom zeer gastvrij ontvangen en werden we voorgesteld aan de gids Andrea, Een zeer proffesionele en vriendelijk man met veel gevoel voor humor. Het was een zeer goede combinatie om Andrea als gids en leraar mee te krijgen.
Deze hele week werd voldaan aan onze wensen en waren Ilse, Edward en Andrea zeer flexibel in de mogelijkheden.
We hebben genoten van de verhalen en de ervaringen van Edward maar ook zeker van de gastvrijheid en de heerlijke kookkunsten van Ilse. Tevens voor haar veel respect die zelfs met een gebroken enkel ons op een uitstekende wijze wist te verzorgen.
Nogmaals bedankt voor deze topvakantie.!!
Deze hele week werd voldaan aan onze wensen en waren Ilse, Edward en Andrea zeer flexibel in de mogelijkheden.
We hebben genoten van de verhalen en de ervaringen van Edward maar ook zeker van de gastvrijheid en de heerlijke kookkunsten van Ilse. Tevens voor haar veel respect die zelfs met een gebroken enkel ons op een uitstekende wijze wist te verzorgen.
Nogmaals bedankt voor deze topvakantie.!!

Years ago I started tour skiing with Edward Bekker Mountain Travels and now I joined them again. It was a treat!
Edward was there for professional guidance and Ilse was always around, surrounding our group with a lot of enthusiasm, great mountain stories and the best food.
She’s was always interested in our stories when we came back after a day off new experiences. We were guided every day by Jon Dieguez, the best mountainguide we could have wished for. What a great guy with an good sense of humor when possible and a very serious and professional guidance if needed!
All and all, a week to remember where I pushed my boundaries but never went over it.
I would go back in a seconde, thanks to a great team who made this week a exceptional experience!
