Au moment même de cette soirée « Kiev by night », j’avais déjà conscience de me fabriquer l’un de mes meilleurs souvenirs. Bien sûr c’est un business, mais j’avais l’impression d’être non pas avec un guide, mais avec une petite amie ; la petite amie idéale que tout homme rêve d’avoir : une jeune et très belle femme, élégante et raffinée, cultivée et romantique. La féminité à l’état pur. En sa si agréable compagnie, j’ai découvert différents bars ayant chacun sa spécificité et j’ai testé pour la première fois la cuisine moléculaire. Je reviendrai à Kiev et je referai cette virée nocturne. C’est sûr !
During the evening itself, I already understood that I was enjoying one of my best souvenirs. Of course it is a business but I had the feeling to be not with a guide, but with a girlfriend; the best girlfriend that a man could dream about: a young and beautiful woman, elegant and refined, cultured and romantic. Pure femininity. In her so pleasant company, I discovered different places, each one with its own specificity and I tested for my first time the molecular gastronomy. I will return to Kiev and I will have again this experience. For sure!
