Pour une nuit passée ici, nous n’avons pas étés déçus! La literie est vraiment confort, j’y ai vraiment très bien dormi. Petit déjeuner complet mais on a vu mieux en Sardaigne.. prix sympa! Concernant le négatif on peut citer l’isolation, assez bruyant avec porte de l’escalier

Dear Farid S, First of all, we would like to thank you for having reserved at Mistral2 Hotel and for taking the time to give your feedback. We are very glad that your stay was good as a whole and that you appreciated the kindness and professionalism of our housekeepers and waiters. On the other hand, we are very sorry for the negative aspects of your holiday. We will surely take them into account in order to improve, but I would like to explain better some points. Regarding Internet connection, probably WIFI had some technical problems that didn’t depend on reception. So, I am sure that our receptionists, as usually, called the technical assistance promptly to solve the problem as soon as possible. Nevertheless, if the problem has continued to take place, it was due to cause of force majeure, not to our negligence, as you can easily imagine because you perform the job of receptionist as well. Concerning the furniture, the hotel was built in 1990s. Every year we do some changes and adjustments that they are not always highly visible because the hotel is open 365 days a year. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the elevator. In August, due to the high number of guests, the elevator needs its time. Moreover, we regret that breakfast didn’t suit your taste, but it is important for us to offer local food to our guests, such as seasonal fruit, fresh orange juice, homemade cakes, fresh milk, fresh bread. In addition, we offer sliced bread, coffee, biscuits, fruit juices, yogurt, honey, butter, jam, cold cuts, cheese, hard-boiled eggs, raw vegetables, cereals, hazelnut cream. Last but not least, we are very sorry for the problem that you had with our colleague of the reception. What happen is very unusual and our reception staff is very focused on customer care. I am sure that it was a misunderstanding. Anyway, we apologize for the inconvenience. Best Regards, Federica

Un hôtel professionnel avec très bon restaurant grande chambre au calme mais à deux pas du centre Piscine et petit déjeuner copieux à un prix plus que correct une affaire !!! La salle de restauration mériterait d être plus chaleureuse

Ambiance globale très froide au niveau des parties communes et notamment de la salle de restaurant qui est affreuse. La piscine agréable mais la vue sur la façade plus que défraîchie et la moisissure envahissant le pommeau de la douche refroidi quelque peu. Les salles de bain

Relating the inconvenience with the bathroom, we are very sorry. When there are some problems in the room, it is always better to inform the reception. Our staff would have undoubtedly changed the room and called the maintenance. Relating the swimming pool, we are sorry that you didin't like the façade. But it is a hotel in town and unfortunately we don't have a sea view. Moreover, we regret that breakfast didn’t suit your taste, but we don't totally agree with this part of your review. Nous avons séjourné trois jours dans cette hôtel. La situation de l’hôtel est génial seulement à 5 minutes du centre ville,le parking est gratuit. Il y’a une piscine très propre et bien pratique. L’hôtel possède un restaurant et un bar le personnel parle français.

Dear Laurette, usually on May the weather is good and is already possible to swim in the sea, even if it is not possible to foresee how the next season is going to be. There are different beaches around Oristano and some have sand, while others have little stones or are made of rocks, but you can easily choose, they are all within 30 mins by car or so :)

in questo hotel com'è il menu ? quanta scelta c'è?
cucina tipica sarda ma comunque ce' una buona scelta,almeno 8 primi e una quindicina di secondi. ci sono stata di nuovo tre gg fa prenotando la mezza pensione e con 30 euro a coppia ( 15 a persona) ci hanno dato un primo,un secondo,un contorno,un dolce e l'acqua. io lo trovo ottimo
