Dear Mr/s. Guillaume L, Thank you for your comment written in this site. Please accept our apology for having much problem during your recent stay at Astagina. We have leant from this comment and we assure we will review and improve again our services in the future. We got the information from our team that you did not like the villa because of noisy and without jacuzzi. Yes, we admit that the villa is close from our parking staff that make a little noisy, however we never have other guests complained the same. The villa you have booked through online was mentioned “hot bath shower”, not whirlpool or jacuzzi as you have mention as your complaint during your stay. On that time, you insisted us to be moved to other villa, however we were on busy availability. Our Front Office Manager then spoke to the Agency where guests made a booking and then he assisted to solve the problem and he gave two options. First, we downgrade the villa with compensation, otherwise the money will be refunded. Ending up the conversation, you have dealt to be downgraded with compensation without money refund. Regarding foods, drinks and speed of services at Restaurant are an issue, we will share for sure to our Restaurant team for further improvement in the future. We would like to inform you that we really care of every single problem as well as weakness and we assure that gradually they will be improved in the near future. Dear Mrs. Elise B, Thank you for your constructive comment written in this site. We would like to apologize for having much problem during your recent stay at Astagina. We will learn this comment and we assure we will review and improve again our services in the future. In Bali, English is used only in office hours especially those who work in Tourism area for western traveler. Meal vouchers you got upon check in are arranged based on each date. Once you miss the use of the voucher, we will not be able to receive the expired date. 1 key card for opening the door is for the sake of security. Our 24 hours Front Office will help you anytime you need some help to open the door when the others keep the key card. Once you come to our pool, you need to sign on the paper that you take our pool towel. When you return the towel, you need to sign again that towel is being returned. This is to control our towel operation if there some lose. Regarding foods, drinks and speed of services at Restaurant are an issue, we will convey your constructive comment to our team in Restaurant for further improvement in the future. Cleanliness is very important as well for the sake of guests’ convenience while staying in the room. We would kindly like to inform you that we really care of every single issue and they will be followed up very seriously to have perfectness in the future.
