Nous sommes arrivés le 23 aout 2018 pour une semaine, le personnel dans sa globalité ne parle pas un mot français il faut donc savoir se débrouiller en anglais. Nous avons eu notre chambre très rapidement, pour 4 personnes nous l'avons trouvé un peu petite, il y avait deux

We appreciate your feedback as we always try to provide our guests with exceptional service to achieve their satisfaction so it's important for us to know when this isn't so.The genuine care and comfort of our guest is always our highest mission and if we have the opportunity or availability, we always try to assist all our guests regarding their inquiries or special wishes in order to be able, to let them have the best holiday experience possible.We are disappointed to see there were some areas which let you down. We hope you will accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience which may have been caused. Regarding Wifi we would like to kindly inform you that the hotel has noticed that the requirments are gettng higher each season and tries to improve the conditions as much as possible . As you may have noticed we have a very large area of 73,000 square meters to cover and over 1800 guests in peak season who want to use free wifi all at the same time . In areas where the connection is not as strong as other parts our IT team assists our guests . But we were not informed via guest relations that there was an issue reported from guests , regarding the connection . Guest who came to us were helped out . We would like to adress once more that it is very important to us that the best time to register dissatisfaction with a business it at the time a problem occurs. And Guest Relations is a department especially responsible for the well being and assistance on all matters that our valued guests need to be solved . Our hotel was built according to international standarts .Regarding the thickness of our walls we can asure you that these are the same standart as elswhere in Europe . We are sorry that the room next to you was extremely loud but our reception team would have changed your room immediately , if you would have informed them right at the time this was happening . Unfortunately we can not fix something we are not aware of . Regarding our swimming pools we would like to inform you that as the Yazıcı Group we take health and safety issues very serious. Our pools are getting checked 5 times a day . Lab samples are being sent to independent laboratories constantly . We receive inspections via the ministry of health and tour operators and are proud to say that we own a clean pool certificate given out by the directory of public health every season . Furthermore we are certified according to preverisk as "Safe Hotel Premium" (International and Generic Authorities Global Safe Hotel Standarts) . We close the pool for a reason to protect our guests from any kind of germs. There are kids in the pool and sometimes they cause accidents by poluting the pool with feces and the pool gets open after we made sure that it has cleaned properly and is free of contamination . The cleaning time varies according to the majority of the pollution . In extreme situations in order to prevent our guests from getting sick this might also take one day . This only shows that we do keep the hotel and the pool clean. Same goes for Bars and all outdoor areas , they are getting cleaned and disinfected periodically to keep a high health & saftey standart available.
