C est un bel hôtel sauf si votre chambre se trouve dans le batiment principal .alors ce ne sera plus qu un concert de klaxonne de portières etc .Nous avons changé de chambre en demandant à la réception et effectivement tout change .On a pu ainsi profiter du paysage et du silence

Hôtel de construction légère et assez mal isolé. Tout résonne également. La nuit, l'hôtel est bruillant et vous entendez les téléphones sonner, les conversations animées des Indiens et les vas-et-viens des clients. Pas de Wi-Fi. Les buffets sont assez chers mais pas excellents,

Can you clarify if the restaurants are at walking distance from the resort
Hello, there are a couple of eating joints nearby the resort. However, we'd love to host you at our in-house restaurants which serve delicious local and multi-cuisine meals.

Approx INR 1,200 per adult max. For kids it must be around 800.

Dear Sir, Since last few years I am club Mahindra Member. Initial years with Club were fine. But now Club had become a totally irrelevant model. I can not plan my holidays with Club because of several reasons - 1. You allow a Studio member to book only one studio at a time in Purple when we are having balance of 21 Purple studio days in our credit. Why so, how can I accommodate my family comprising elder son, sometime parents, sometimes my married sister and their family in one Studio ? How can I consume my 21 days ? What is your concept of FAMILY then ? Your representative ask us to plan on white n blue season - which is practically not possible which made us to go for Purple membership also you have increased the red and purple season days covering many weekends and holidays which was not case earlier, leaving very less options for white and blue. 2. You ask for minimum 3 days stay. But many times due to time constraints we have to plan for only 1-2 days also many times your resort are not worth staying a single day. In 50 resorts you claim, only 10-12 resorts are worth staying. Other are either poor in service standard, very ill maintained, old styled, hired or leased properties. How can we stay in such properties for even 1 day. Our kids get bored with a typical property, boring, stereotyped shows now. Why should we stay for One day and consume Three days ?? 3. Last 2 experience were Udaipur and Yercaud extremely bad. In Udaipur we were waiting when our holidays will be over and in Yercaud we left the room one day early and stayed in Bangalore by booking other property. There was no concern shown by any of your member, staff, etc. Informal and online reviews of your properties makes it more scary. After spending heavy amount on flights, travel to your distant properties when experience are bad we are scared about further going through Club Mahindra. 4. Booking experience is again worst - either property is booked when we want it, lot of terms and conditions, days of opening booking, etc. make it further worst for booking. We always feel like begging for our room and trying to make adjustment on holiday front. At the same or even cheaper rates lot of other options are available online with much much wonderful experience. 5. You have added many members in effort to make money and making worst situation for everyone including old members, new members. To accommodate them you hurriedly added properties, non trained staff which completely deteriorated your standard and our experience. In the process, you even not cared to upgrade the experience through existing properties. Then to control chaos you have put lot of conditions and made it almost impossible to plan holiday effortless. All this negligence has made Club a non-working and a completely collapsed model. 6. After putting all such conditions, hurdles when member is unable to book and consume his days you cut extra holidays above 21 from his account without understanding his needs, problems and pains. There are no serious efforts made to improve the standard in fact it is deteriorating day by day. I doubt how many of senior management visit and stay in their own property. And even if there is any effective mechanism like preventive audit or grievance handling. 7. Your grievance handling mechanism is also a unique one. In this digital age all your grievance representative ask us to write mails and grievance on phone is not accepted like in case of many other services like cell, electricity, etc. In absence of time very less complaints practically reaches you, how much is effectively handled ? I doubt. This is a classic example of making every experience worse and complicated. 8. If Club feels your service are really good and upto or above mark, keep the option of refund of membership balance which will make you understand your position. You may earn money by overselling but frankly Club has lost its soul. Better Club has to introspect meeting the standard as per tagline Fun - Family - Forever. For us the feeling is very Boring - Bogus - Beggar type. With this all concerns, I request my all lapsed holidays be returned back to me without a cap of 21 days since your rooms are not available in Purple season and hence we can not plan. It indicates your failed management of handling the flow in that season. I request my membership amount to be returned back proportionate to my holidays unconsumed balance since you are unable to keep the promises, standards, services for which we paid.
