C'est notre quatrième séjour dans ce merveilleux établissement.
L'hôtel est beau, chaleureux et confortable, tout près du centre ville et de toutes les commodités.
Mais la raison qui nous fait revenir à l'Hôtel Epoque, c'est l'accueil, la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de son personnel.
Comme dirait notre fille, c'est le meilleur hôtel du monde!

Un hôtel luxueux et élégant, Relais & Châteaux oblige.
La chambre est spacieuse, elle comprend de fait une chambre et un salon, la salle de bain avec douche et baignoire.
Le service est discret et attentionné.
Le spa est très agréable, nous y étions en août, nous avons eu plusieurs fois le Spa pour nous seuls, ce qui était encore plus agréable.
L'emplacement est idéal également, au calme et à quelques pas du parc Cismigiu.
Nous reviendrons à l'Epoque !

Luxe calme et sérénité. Tout est parfait: le confort, les équipes, la déco, la cuisine, le spa.... Ils m'ont même prêté un vélo avec lequel j'ai pu découvrir très agréablement Bucarest. Une adresse à découvrir absolument .

Cet hôtel est magnifique, nous en avons pris plein la vue. Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien décorées et très bien isolées. Les femmes de ménages passent régulièrement dans la chambre afin de faire le nettoyage donc les chambres sont toujours impeccables.
Le personnel est très sympa et attentionné.
Les petits déjeuners sont extra et bien copieux.
Nous avons également mangé dans le restaurant de cet hôtel. Les plats étaient excellent et le vin roumain Davino très bon.
Très bon service que ce soit à l’hôtel ou au restaurant.
Point négatif : Nous sommes une entreprise internationale. Cet hôtel fait payer la TVA roumaine donc il est donc impossible de la récupérer. C’est dommage.

Très bon hôtel offrant d'excellentes prestations, d'où notre déception sur deux points:
- la qualité des couchages, le matelas pouvant être de meilleure qualité en offrant par exemple la possibilité d'ajouter un surmatelas qui n'existe pas, et la canapé lit un peu affaissé en position de canapé.
- le room service le soir quasi inexistant d'autant plus que les plats indiqués sur la carte ne sont pas tous disponibles

It is great to read you enjoyed your stay, however, we regret we did not meet your expectations in terms of the mattress and room service. For the mattress I must say it is the first complaint we ever had regading this aspect, our mattresses are manufactured by one of the top worldwide producers, and on top of that we use an additional protective thick layer under the bedsheets. For the missing items from our menu I can confirm that due to the fact that we mainly use locally sourced seasonal products from small local producers, sometimes there are short disruptions in the deliveries, but it is the price we need to pay to be as sustainable as possible at this stage. We hope we will have the chance to welcome you back and offer a flawless experience on your next visit.
